Present the credential against key 5 on keypad

Successful reading is indicated by a green or red padlocka

If reading is not indicated, the access tag / card may be incompatible, or has MIFARE or EM-reading disabled. This is set in the menu Other options

For best coverage, the reader should be mounted with the front facing the reading area. As the reading is affected by the installation environment, the reading distance can vary between 5 and 50 meters. i.e. wall materials, vehicle bodies and electrical equipment. Before mounting the reader permanently, testing with radio key RN-18 is recommended. Great improvement can be achieved by moving or redirecting the reader.

Radio reading can only be done with radio key VAKA RN18.
