Locations indicate where organization groups, information or reservation terminals, and doors are situated. Locations are used to determine the individuals displayed in the tenant directory and where, and the door that was opened using a Smart Call.
A location may only contain doors in a single domain. Locations may can be moved between domains.
- Click the Settings tab in VAKA and select Domain settings.
- Click Add Location.
- Name the location and enter the domain it belongs to.
- Enter a description, if necessary.
- Click Save to close.
Locations and importing persons
Locations imported using the .csv-file will be created in domain 1. If the location shall be assigned a different domain, it must be added before the import.
