General reservation rules.

  • Starts within
Starts within indicates the number of minutes that the user has to activate their reservation after the interval has started. If the value is 0, the user can activate the reservation at any time during the period. The reservation is activated when the user passes the endpoint.
  • After stop access
After stop access indicates the number of minutes after the period that the user still has access to the object.
  • No. of reservations
No. of reservations shows how many reservations you can make within the specified number of days.

The number of reservations can be adjusted for single organisation groups, as for larger families who need to use a laundry room more often than others. Select the organisation group in Persons and select the Reservation tab. The value in the All reservations box may be positive or negative and is added to the value specified in the reservation object, click Save to close.
  • Maximum number of enabled reservations
Maximum number of reservations indicates how many future intervals may be reserved simultaneously for each organisation group.

Advanced reservation rules

  • Time horizon
Time horizon indicates how many days in advance an interval can be reserved.
  • Identity type
Identity type sets whether the reservation is personal or is part of an organisation group. If organisation group is selected, all members (e.g. family members) have access to the object, irrespective of who booked.
  • Shortest time
The shortest time indicates how much time must remain in an interval for you to be able to make a reservation. This can be used to prevent objects with only a short time remaining until the next time interval from being reserved.
  • Simultaneous reservations
Simultaneous reservations set how many persons can create a reservation in the same interval. If onemachine group is used, you can set the value (from 1 to 10); if more than one machine group is used, the value is locked at the number of machine groups.
