About organization groups

Organisation groups can be used to group persons with common attributes, such as in a family or apartment. The contents of the field are shown as names in the information panel’s tenant list, where applicable.

Entry Phone systems can be configured to call an organisation group or person.

The reservation function can be configured so that all members of the organisation group can use a reservation, irrespective of who in the organisation group made it.

The name Organisation Group can be changed (for example, to Family or Display Name), using Settings -> System -> Customisation -> Edit Naming...
