About Security levels

Security level Function
Unlocked The door is unlocked.
Group codes A four digit code assigned to the access group is used for entry.
Group codes bistable A four digit code assigned to the access group is used for entry with bistable function.
Cards Access cards, access tags, or radio keys with personal code can be used for entry.
Personal Code
Card bistable* Access cards, access tags, and personal code can be used for entry.
Personal code bistable*
Card with initial PIN Access cards, access tags can be used for entry. A PIN code is required for the first use after breakpoint time.**
Card with initial PIN bistable* Access cards and access tags can be used for entry where bistable function is set. A PIN code is required for the first use after breakpoint time.**
Card + PIN Access cards, access tags and PIN can be used for entry.
Card + PIN bistable* Access cards, access tags and PIN can be used for entry with bistable function.
Card with witness. Two person’s access card or tag are used for entry.
Card + PIN with witness. Two person’s access cards, access tags, and PIN can be used for entry.
Locked The door is locked. Remote opening (Exit button) functions with security level.
Blocked The door is locked. Remote opening (Exit button) does not function.

*Bistable function means the door switches between being locked and unlocked after each valid entry. Bistable function shall not be used for doors where access is dependent on reservations.

** Breakpoint time is configured in Settings > Card/Code > Advanced > Attendance.
