Add user

  1. Click on the menu User.
  2. Click the plus sign (+) and choose Add user.
  3. Name the person (Last name, first name).
  4. In the field Card , enter the ID number for the person's access card/tag, radio key or personal code. See About ID for more information about how the identity types are activated, where to find the ID number, and how to assign more than one identity.
  5. Click Assign access group next toAccess groups: and select up to five access groups. Click Select to close.
  6. Click Save to close.

Add user in of multi-residential application

  1. Click on the menu User.
  2. Click the plus sign (+) and select Add apartment.
  3. Name the apartment. The name appears in the tenant list in the info register.
  4. Enter floor , apartment number , reference ID and location if available .
  5. Enter Primary location if available. Primary location sets the door that will open when Smart Call is used.
  6. Click Save to close.
  7. Repeat for each user belonging to the apartment.
    1. Create a new user according to the instructions above or click on an existing user.
    2. Select apartment in the list under Groups and click Save .
