Caretaker

A caretaker can apply certain door settings directly using an A66 reader, such as set the door as unlocked or set a temporary code*.

1. Select the Access Groups menu and double-click the required access group.
2. Select Caretaker in the Privileges and Functions tab.
3. Click Save.
4. Repeat for all the doors you want the Caretaker to have control of.
   
   1. Select the Doors menu and double-click the required door.
   2. In the Advanced tab, select Permit caretaker to control the door.
   3. Click Save.

*Temporary codes are not available if personal codes are used in the system.
