VAKA Online account

When connecting the VAKA system to VAKA Online, the VAKA system is linked to the VAKA Online account .

More than one VAKA system can be linked to a VAKA Online account .

VAKA Online account is held by the owner of the VAKA system (system owner). VAKA Online account is linked to digital services in VAKA Online.

Installer orders, on behalf of the system owner, a VAKA Online account.

Create VAKA Online account

1. VAKA installer orders via https://axema.se/bestallning-vaka-online-konto/ . When ordering, information about the installer as well as the e-mail address for the representative of the system owner is entered.
2. Delivery consists of that the representative receiving a link/invitation.
3. Representative follows link and registers information.

After registration, system owners can log in to the VAKA Online portal.

Installer access

For installer access, system owners must add an administrator with the Installer role. This is done in the VAKA Online portal.

1. At the top right, click the symbol for logged in user.
2. Click Settings .
3. Under Invite an administrator, enter the email address of the installer and select the role Installer .
4. Click Send invitation .
