Add person

  1. Click the Personsmenu.
  2. Click Add and select Person.
  3. Name the person (Last name, first name).
  4. In the Id: field, enter the Id number of the person’s access card or tag, radio key or personal code, identified herein as identities, which is indicated next to the field. See About ID for more information about how to activate the various identity types are activated, where to find the ID number, and how to assign more than one identity.
  5. Click Add... next to Access Groups: and select up to five access groups. Click Select to close. See About Access Groups for more information about how to use Access groups.
  6. Click Save to close.

Add person when applying to apartment blocks

  1. Click the Persons menu.
  2. Click Add and select Organisation Group.
  3. Name the organization group. The organization group name appears in the tenant list. See About organization groups for more information about how to use organization groups.
  4. Enter floor, apartment number, Reference ID and location. See About location for more information about locations.
  5. Click Save to close.
  6. Repeat these steps for each person in the organisation group.
    1. Select the organization group in the field to the left and click Add. Select the Person.
    2. Name the person (Last name, first name).
    3. Enter phone numbers if an entry phone is used and select line type (if more than one is used in the system)
    4. In the ID field enter te ID number of the person’s access card or tag, radio key or personal code, identified herein as identities. Next to the field, enter the type of identity that is used.

    5. Click Add... next to Access Groups: and select up to five access groups. Click Select to close. See About Access Groups for more information about how to use Access groups.
    6. ClickSave to close.
